his basic kit contains the itens needed to do a 2,5K pages toner cartridge remanucturing. For a complete 20K pages remanufacturing use our major kit.
Kit contents:
01 x Chip for toner cartridge (required for each cartridge recharge)
01 x Toner bottle for one cartridge recharge (that we could provide on bulk for 10 recharges)
01 x Doctor blade (required each 20K pages cartridge recharge)
01 x Remanufacturing instructions
This major kit is to recharge the Lexmark X203N X204N toner cartridges Ref.: X203A11G X203A21G
We can supply any item eventually needed to make a professional remanufacturing of the Lexmark X203N X204N toner and photoconductor cartridges.
- Wiper blade (that wipes the drum - changes dependent on a case by case analysis)
- Doctor blade (controls toner quantity)
- Recovery blade (thin mylar - plastic sheet installed in the drum kit to avoid the toner leaks from the waste chamber. Need to be changed when the waste chamber toner leaks or the mylar is deteriorated)
- Shipping lock
- Photoconductor drum (changed as needed - every 20K pages on average)
- Wiper blade padding powder (Kynar)
- Conductive grease
